Who is the controller

Arquitech Tecnologia is the controller of the data handled on this site. For any privacy matter, including to exercise your rights, write to contato@arquitt.com.br.

What data we handle

• Contact form: name, e-mail, phone and the message you write.
• Usage measurement (Google Analytics): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
• Form security (Cloudflare Turnstile): IP address and technical browser signals, to tell people from bots.
• Infrastructure: technical access logs generated by the cloud provider that hosts the site (Amazon Web Services).

What we use the data for and the legal basis

• Answer your contact and present our solutions: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (LGPD, art. 7, V), and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
• Measure and improve how the site is used: consent (art. 7, I), which you can give or decline in the cookie notice and change at any time.
• Protect the form against spam and abuse: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions.

Who we share it with

We use providers that handle data on our behalf: Resend (e-mailing the form messages), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), Cloudflare (Turnstile) and Amazon Web Services (hosting). They may only use the data to provide the contracted service. We may also share data when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers may handle data outside Brazil, including in the United States. When that happens, the transfer follows art. 33 of the LGPD.

Cookies

• cookie_consent: stores your choice about cookies. Lasts 1 year. It is needed to remember your choice.
• _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics cookies that tell visitors and sessions apart for usage statistics. They last up to 2 years and are only set if you accept.

Before you choose, the site loads Google's tools in restricted mode: no measurement cookie is set, but Google may receive technical data about the visit, such as the IP address and browser information, used only for statistical estimates.

You can accept or decline in the notice shown on your first visit and change your choice at any time with "Cookie preferences" in the site footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep the data

We keep the form messages for as long as needed to answer your contact and to comply with legal obligations or protect Arquitech's rights. Measurement data follows the retention periods configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You may ask, at any time, under art. 18 of the LGPD:

• confirmation that we handle your data and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data handled with your consent;
• data portability;
• information about who we share the data with;
• withdrawal of consent.

Send the request to contato@arquitt.com.br and we will reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data against unauthorized access, loss and misuse.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
